And an outer cylinder 6. The outer cylinder 6 is formed to be shorter than the joint between the pipe 7 and the flexible bellows tube 8 and has a flexible bellows tube 8 on its lower peripheral wall. An operation port 6a for tightening a fastening band 9 that couples the inner band 6 with the inner cylinder 6 is provided. |
