abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an aqueous foam extinguisher excellent in foaming property and film forming property even in a low temperature range. A freezing point depressant is added to an aqueous solution containing at least one selected from potassium bicarbonate, ammonium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium bromide, boron oxide, and potassium tetraborate to increase the freezing point to -20.
