titleOfInvention | Cushioning material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion material suitable for various types of bedding, particularly for hospitals and nursing beds, which has both excellent durability and excellent fit when worn. SOLUTION: When viewed from one side of the cushion material, in a rectangular parallelepiped cushion material which is made of a short fiber aggregate of thermoplastic synthetic fibers and in which fixing points are scattered, the short fiber aggregate as a whole has a sinusoidal shape. And the amplitude of the sine curve is sequentially reduced in the thickness direction of the side surface from the center of the thickness toward the front surface and the back surface of the cushion material, respectively. |
