titleOfInvention | Aromatic polyamide fiber for rubber reinforcement, method for producing the same, and fiber-reinforced rubber composite material |
abstract | Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polyamide fiber for rubber reinforcement having excellent adhesion to various rubbers, particularly EPDM rubber, a method for producing the same, and excellent adhesion, flexibility and flame retardancy between the fiber and rubber. And a lightweight fiber-reinforced rubber composite material. A resorcinol-formaldehyde precondensate is mixed with 2 to 10 parts by weight, a polyepoxide compound with 10 to 20 parts by weight, and an ethyleneimine compound or a blocked isocyanate compound with 20 to 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of rubber latex. The resulting composition adheres to the surface of the aromatic polyamide fiber for rubber reinforcement in an amount of 2.0 to 15.0% by weight, and further, on the outside thereof, a resorcinol-formaldehyde precondensate is added in an amount of 10 to 10 parts by weight of rubber latex. An aromatic polyamide fiber for rubber reinforcement, wherein 2.0 to 8.0% by weight of a composition containing 25 to 25 parts by weight of an ethyleneimine compound or a blocked isocyanate compound is attached. |
