titleOfInvention | New monoacylglycosyl monoacylglycerol |
abstract | (57) [Summary] The following formula (I): (Where G is an α-D-glucopyranose residue or α-L -Represents a glucopyranose residue, M represents an α-D-mannopyranose residue or an α-L-mannopyranose residue, the carbon at the 1-position of the mannopyranose residue and the 3-position at the glycerol residue. Carbon has an ether bond and C (= O) R 1 and C (= O) R 2 each represent an acyl group, and C (= O) R 2 is ester-bonded to the carbon at position 6 of the mannopyranose residue. And a method for producing the compound. According to the present invention, a novel monoacylglycosyl monoacylglycerol containing both a mannose residue and a glucose residue as constituent sugars is provided. The compounds of the present invention are useful as surfactants. |
