abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] Even on an industrial scale, high purity 7- A novel production method capable of obtaining an aminoacyl-cephalosporin compound in a high yield of 80% or more is provided. SOLUTION: An N-substituted vinyl represented by the formula (3) is added to an acylating agent selected from methyl chlorocarbonate, ethyl chlorocarbonate, propyl chlorocarbonate and isopropyl chlorocarbonate in acetonitrile in the presence of a base. -Α-amino acid or a salt thereof is added dropwise to obtain a mixed carboxylic anhydride, and the mixed carboxylic anhydride is reacted with the cephem compound represented by the formula (1) in the presence of an amide solvent. The method for producing a 7-aminoacyl-cephalosporin compound represented by the formula (2).
