PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel 1,4-dihydropyridine derivative having an anticancer drug resistance overcoming action or an anticancer drug effect enhancing action. SOLUTION: Formula (I) (Wherein, R 1 represents a phenyl group or a pyridyl group which may have a substituent, R 2 represents a C 1 -C 5 lower alkyl group, and R 3 represents a C 1 -C 5 which may have a substituent. alkyl group of 1 -C 8, an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group, a cycloalkyl group or cycloalkenyl group optionally C 3 -C 7 may have a substituent, R 4 represents -A-R 5, a Represents a C 3 -C 5 alkynylene group having one triple bond, and R 5 represents a pyridyl group, a quinolyl group, an isoquinolyl group or a pyrimidyl group which may have a substituent. -An anticancer drug resistance overcoming agent or an anticancer agent effect enhancer comprising a dihydropyridine derivative and the derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof as an active ingredient. |
