It is an object to provide a bioreactor capable of providing an appropriate physical environment such as space, temperature, and humidity. SOLUTION: An air pressure regulator is used as a gas source, At the time of pressurization, the medium in the storage tank is pushed into the culture tank, and the plant tissue in the culture tank is brewed therein. At the same time, the power and pressure supply are controlled using a self-timer, and the brewing time and frequency are controlled. On the other hand, when the pressurization is stopped, the high potential energy of the culture medium in the culture vessel is used as a power to make the liquid medium reach an equilibrium state by its own gravity, and between the gas source and the storage vessel.
