titleOfInvention Sample case for analysis
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store, transport, and charge particles by stacking a sample chip and a cover chip, which can reliably remove the risk of organic contamination from the environment of a sample to be analyzed in charged particle activation analysis. To provide a sample case for irradiation. SOLUTION: This is a sample case for accommodating a superimposed body composed of a chip-shaped analysis sample and a cover chip adhered to the surface to be analyzed so as to cover the surface to be analyzed, and (a) the superimposed body A dish-shaped body having a bottom for receiving the surface of the analysis sample opposite to the surface to be analyzed and a side wall for receiving and surrounding the side surface of the analysis sample, and the top of the side wall is substantially flat. And (b) an aluminum foil covering at least the flat surface and the cover chip of the dish when the stacked body is stored, and (c) closely contacting the aluminum foil to an outer surface of the dish. And a jig for sealing the overlapped body in the case.
