abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a forward scattering plate for a reflection type liquid crystal display device. Even when arranged so as to efficiently scatter incident light from the hour direction, not only the brightness of the screen when viewed from the 6 o'clock direction, but also from the 2 o'clock to 4 o'clock direction or the 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock direction Provided is a light control plate capable of sufficiently improving the brightness of a screen in such a case. SOLUTION: Particles having a refractive index of 0.03 or more with respect to the composition and an average particle diameter of 1 to 5 μm per 100 parts by weight of a mixture of two or more kinds of photopolymerizable monomers or oligomers having mutually different refractive indices. A light control plate obtained by irradiating a film-like body formed from a composition containing 0.01 to 1 part by weight with ultraviolet rays from a predetermined direction. |
