The purpose is to obtain kefir food. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a foodstuff with improved digestion and absorption by improving the intestinal environment derived from microorganisms by adding a cellulase-treated and heat-treated plant and fruit enzyme-treated powder and an oligosaccharide. |
