abstract (57) [Summary] (Modifications) [PROBLEMS] To provide a resin composition for a skin member which is excellent in sliding abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, has high gloss and does not generate wrinkles when folded, and a laminate thereof. SOLUTION: An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (A) 40 to 90 parts by weight and a polyolefin resin (B) When 10 to 60 parts by weight and the total amount of the components (A) and (B) are 100 parts by weight, 1 to 15 parts by weight of the organopolysiloxane (C) and 0.1 part of the fatty acid amide (D) A resin composition for a skin member comprising from 5 to 5 parts by weight, and a laminate obtained by laminating the composition as a skin member on a thermoplastic elastomer.
