PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of easily and inexpensively producing an organic effect colorant having no tendency to swell in organic and aqueous media. The core and shell materials can form a two-phase system, the shell material is film-coatable, the core is essentially shape-stable under shell film-coating conditions, and Core-shell particles, which can only swell very little, if any, by the shell material, the core has a monodisperse size distribution, and there is a difference between the refractive indices of the core material and the shell material . |
