titleOfInvention | Composition for forming electrolyte of solid electrolytic capacitor and solid electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A solid electrolytic capacitor capable of easily producing a solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in capacity, internal resistance, dielectric loss, impedance from low frequency to high frequency, and excellent in process stress and heat resistance. Provided are a composition for forming an electrolyte and a solid electrolytic capacitor produced using the composition. SOLUTION: (A) aniline, (B) at least one or more kinds of organic sulfonic acids selected from phenolsulfonic acid, phenoldisulfonic acid and nitrobenzenesulfonic acid, (C) water, (D) organic solvent and (E) general A first solution containing an organic carboxylic acid represented by the formula (I) M- (COOH) n (I) (where M represents an organic group and n is an integer of 2 or more); A) a composition for forming an electrolyte of a solid electrolytic capacitor comprising a second solution containing an oxidizing agent for oxidizing and polymerizing aniline by mixing with the first solution and (G) water; A solid electrolytic capacitor formed by repeating the step of impregnating the solid electrolyte. |
