titleOfInvention Immunological test method and kit for immunological test
abstract (57) [Summary] A test liquid and a test object are provided on a water-absorbing substrate provided with a stationary phase on which a first immunochemical component capable of specifically binding to the test object is immobilized. Developing a mixture with a labeled second immunochemical component capable of specifically binding with the second immunochemical component to form a sandwich-type immune complex on the stationary phase. An immunological test method, which comprises amplifying a label by developing and binding a labeled third immunochemical component capable of binding to a kit, and a kit therefor. According to the method of the present invention and the kit of the present invention, it is possible to detect a test object in a test solution with higher sensitivity than before.
