(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] At present, organic light-emitting devices are not suitable for durability, such as light output with even higher luminance, change over time due to long-term use, and deterioration due to atmospheric gas containing oxygen or moisture. There are still issues. SOLUTION: The organic compound layer is formed by the following general formula [1]. (Wherein, R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, an alkoxy group, or an aryl group, and Ar 1 , Ar 2 , Ar 3 and Ar 4 each represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or heterocyclic group which may be the same or different. However, at least one of Ar 1 , Ar 2 , Ar 3 and Ar 4 is a condensed aromatic ring. A light-emitting element formed using the compound represented by the formula (1). |
