titleOfInvention | Cleaning tape manufacturing method and cleaning tape, and cleaning disk manufacturing method and cleaning disk |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cleaning tape and a cleaning disk capable of forming a cleaning layer containing a magnetic powder and an abrasive uniformly dispersed and sufficient to obtain good electromagnetic conversion characteristics and a cleaning effect. In addition, the present invention provides a cleaning tape and a cleaning disk having good electromagnetic characteristics and a cleaning effect. SOLUTION: The cleaning tape comprising a step of producing a magnetic paint containing at least a magnetic powder and an abrasive, and a step of applying the produced magnetic paint on a non-magnetic support to form a cleaning layer. In the method for manufacturing a cleaning disk, the step of preparing a magnetic paint is performed in a step of preparing an abrasive dispersion containing an abrasive, and a step of preparing a magnetic powder dispersion containing a magnetic powder. Mixing and dispersing the abrasive dispersion and the magnetic powder dispersion. |
