titleOfInvention | Method for producing quaternary alkyl ammonium salt of 6-halogenopurine derivative |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To use 6 without using alkylammonium hydroxide. -To provide a method for industrially advantageously producing a quaternary alkyl ammonium salt of a halogenopurine derivative. Kind Code: A1 Formula (I): (R 1 is hydrogen, formyl group or acetyl group, X 1 is chlorine, bromine or iodine) and a 6-halogenopurine derivative or a salt thereof represented by the formula (II): (R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, X 2 is a chlorine ion, A bromide ion, an iodine ion, an inorganic anion or an organic anion, and n represents an integer of 1 to 3) in the presence of an alkali metal hydroxide. Formula (III): (Wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and X 1 are the same as those described above), and a method for producing a quaternary alkyl ammonium salt of a 6-halogenopurine derivative. |
