titleOfInvention How to administer reagents to cell nuclei
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for administering a reagent to a cell nucleus. SOLUTION: The method according to the present invention is a method of administering a reagent to a cell nucleus, wherein (1) the reagent has a molecular weight controlled type having a photocleavable group by binding a large molecular weight component via a photocleavable group. Preparing an administration reagent, (2) introducing the molecular weight control type administration reagent into cells, (3) irradiating the cells with light, photocleaving the photocleavable group of the molecular weight control type administration reagent, And (4) diffusing the released reagent into the cell nucleus through the pore of the cell nucleus.
