titleOfInvention | Antimicrobial fiber, antimicrobial fabric and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an antibacterial fiber and a cloth which can obtain a sufficient antibacterial activity with a small amount of an antibacterial component and have excellent antibacterial durability. An antibacterial fiber comprising a polymer resin containing an acid component and an antibacterial agent having a quaternary phosphonium base ionically bonded to the acid component and a hydrophilic substance on at least the fiber surface, and the polymer resin. Is immersed in a treatment liquid in which a high-molecular resin containing an antibacterial agent and a hydrophilic substance is uniformly dispersed, and then squeezed and then dried to give a cloth surface. A method for producing an antibacterial cloth in which a polymer resin layer is formed on the fabric. |
