abstract [PROBLEMS] A thermoreversible recording in which an image is not erased even in a high-temperature environment while maintaining good image erasability, has high image heat resistance, and has good repetition durability. To provide a medium, a card, a label, a disk cartridge, a disk, a tape cassette and a method of manufacturing the same, an image processing method for image formation and erasing using the same, and an image processing apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The thermoreversible state is a state of a first color at a first specific temperature higher than normal temperature, and a state of a second color when cooled to a second specific temperature higher than the first specific temperature and then cooled. A thermoreversible recording medium, which satisfies the following three conditions. (1) The first color upper limit temperature is 125 ° C. or higher. (2) The temperature difference between the first color upper limit temperature and the second color lower limit temperature is 20. ℃ or less (3) First color starting temperature is 95 ℃ or more
