titleOfInvention Mold for foam molding
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a protruding fixing portion for supporting a rod-shaped frame in a molding die with a flat front end surface, and to use a magnet-shaped magnetic attraction force to make a rod-shaped. The frame is easily and securely held on the distal end surface of the fixing portion. SOLUTION: A fixing portion 5 for holding a rod-shaped frame 4 such as a slit wire is protruded from an inner surface of a mold 1 that can be closed, and closed while holding the rod-shaped frame on the fixing portion 5. As a molding die for injecting a foamed resin material into the interior of the mold and performing foam molding, a front end face 5a of the fixed portion 5 is flattened, and a neodymium magnet 6 having a coercive force of 0.5 Tesla or more is disposed therein. Bar-shaped frame 4 is attached to magnet 6 Is held on the tip end surface 5a only by the magnetic attraction force.
