abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] For example, when used as a magnetic recording medium, a winding property, a running property, and an electromagnetic conversion property can be highly satisfied. In addition, the present invention provides a film which is excellent in slitting property at the time of film production and magnetic recording medium production, is excellent in prevention of dropout generation, and has extremely low generation of scratches and abrasion powder, with high productivity and low cost.
