abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To paint directly on a polyolefin resin molded product, Provided is a two-coat, one-bake coating method for a polyolefin-based resin molded product having excellent properties such as adhesion, finished appearance, and gasoline resistance. SOLUTION: In a two-coat one-bake coating method in which a base coat is directly applied to a polyolefin-based resin molded product name, and then a clear coat is applied without baking, a chlorinated polyolefin resin having a specific chlorination ratio is used as a resin composition of the base coat. It comprises (Component A), a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl copolymer (Component B), a cellulose acetate butyrate graft vinyl copolymer (Component C), and a crosslinking agent (Component D) capable of reacting with a hydroxyl group. By introducing the cellulose acetate butyrate-grafted vinyl copolymer, the compatibility between the chlorinated polyolefin resin and the cellulose acetate butyrate resin, which had conventionally been poor in compatibility, is improved. |
