titleOfInvention | Curtain application auxiliary liquid supply method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] An auxiliary liquid supply method in curtain coating, The dissolved gas is reduced to the saturation level or less to eliminate the generation of air bubbles, and by installing a sterilizing device, the film-like dirt adhering to the piping is prevented to prevent the stagnation of the auxiliary liquid. The present invention eliminates the application of a thick film in a part, and enables uniform high quality curtain coating with high productivity to be obtained. SOLUTION: A coating liquid is caused to flow out of a coating liquid supply slit of a coating apparatus to a slide surface, and an auxiliary liquid is caused to flow out from a liquid inlet of a side plate provided on both sides of the slide surface. A method for supplying the auxiliary liquid in curtain coating in which a curtain film is formed from a lip by an edge guide, and the curtain film collides with a conveyed support to apply the curtain film, wherein the auxiliary film is a liquid inlet of the side plate. Curtain coating, wherein the amount of dissolved gas at the supply outlet of the auxiliary liquid is set to an unsaturated state, and a sterilizer is provided in the curtain coating auxiliary liquid supply system to sterilize the system including the supply path. Auxiliary liquid supply method. |
