titleOfInvention Material for extruding surfaces to generate electromagnetic waves and a way to prepare them
abstract The subject of this invention is a lining material for emission surfaces to generate electromagnetic waves and the method for preparing that material. The lining material includes a bonding agent, insulator, dispersion agent, water and graphite that are all mixed together. The lining material consists, according to the patent, on the amount of a base material of 55 to 65% containing a binding agent, a dispersion dielectric and distilled water and a quantity of a substance containing graphite of 35 to 45% where the binding agent contains distilled water, sulfonated oil, phenols or Benzo isothiazolinone, casein, urea, alkaline laminating agent and caprolactam. According to the method of preparing the lining material in that patent, the binding agent is prepared in the first step of the method, and the base material is prepared in the second step of the method, then the base material is mixed with graphite in the third step of the method. The resultant is a lining material that shows a large number of double poles consisting of graphite, dielectric and bonding factor, and it also produces electromagnetic waves that have a high level of emission when stimulated.
