The compounds of the general formula XVII wherein R stands for lower alkyl lower alkenyl, lower alkylline, aryl, heteroaryl, lower arylalkyl or heteryl aryl, lower alkyl, wherein said groups can optionally be replaced by one or more lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, aryl, aryl hetero, lower arylalkyl, lower heteroarylalkyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, phenoxy halogen, halogen lower alkyl amino, mono or substituted amino starch and / or sulphonamide substituents; and R 'represents lower hydrogen alkyl, lower alkenyl lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, lower cycloalkyl, lower cycloalkyl, lower arylalkyl, heteroaryl aryl, lower alkyl halogen, lower hydroxy or acyl alkyl; and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts show a very strong analgesic effect. The compounds of formula XVII are original with the provision that R is different from 6-chloro-3-pyridyl if R 'is hydrogen. |
