titleOfInvention | LIQUID STABILIZATION OF URATE OXIDASE ENZYME |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for stabilizing the enzyme Urate oxidase (commonly called Uricase) in liquid perforated material, as well as to the relative compositions which can thus be obtained, with particular regard to compositions containing a Trinder-type reagent. of the invention it is possible to stabilize the Uricase in liquid form by adding to the composition in which the enzyme is contained a substituted or unsubstituted dicarboxylic acid having from 2 to 5 carbon atoms, preferably 4 or 5. The aspartic acid has revealed a particular efficacy in carrying out said stabilizing activity in liquid Uricase compositions containing a Trinder type reagent. |
