abstract This invention relates to a preparation process of the thieno-triazolo-diazepine derivatives of the formula: wherein Y stands for oxygene or sulphur and R stands for various substituents, consisting in reacting the 5 thieno-triazolo-diazepine compound of the formula A: on the appropriate R - N = Y derivative, then reacting the resulting compound on hydrazine-hydrate and, finally, cyclizing the compound thus obtained with triethylortoacetate.
