1508007 Simulated meat product UNCLE BENS OF AUSTRALIA PTY Ltd 31 July 1975 [6 Aug 1974] 32128/75 Heading A2B A formulation for lean meat simulation and one for fat simulation are separately prepared then mixed together after adjusting the temperature of one to be at least 5‹C below the other. The blending is preferably effected at below 50‹C and the temperature difference is preferably 10-20‹C. The separate formulations for meat and fat are of conventional composition. |
