titleOfInvention | Diazepine derivatives |
abstract | Novel 5-amino-7-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,4-diazepines of the formula I are prepared. <IMAGE> R1, R2 and R3 are, independently of one another, hydrogen, an alkyl group with 1-4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group with 1-4 carbon atoms, fluorine, chlorine or bromine, or two of the substituents R1, R2 and R3, which are located on adjacent carbon atoms, represent a methylenedioxy group. The compounds of the formula Ia <IMAGE> in which R1 is t-butyl are heated in the presence of free acid for this purpose. The compounds are active against obesity and have an antidiabetic effect. 5-Amino-7-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,4-diazepine is preferred.n[GB1494433A] |
