abstract | 1413138 Aerosol pharmaceutical compositions RICHARDSON-MERRELL Inc 15 Dec 1972 [28 Jan 1972] 57995/72 Heading C4X [Also in Division C2] Pharmaceutical compositions in the form of aerosols comprise a compound of Formula I in which R is H or OH; R<SP>1</SP> is H or R and R<SP>1</SP> form a second bond; n is 1-3; and Z is thienyl or phenyl, optionally substituted by halo, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, di(1-4C alkyl). amino, pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholino or N-(1-4C alkyl)piperazino; and a gaseous or liquefied propellant such as Cl 2 CF 2 optionally mixed with C 2 H 2 Cl 2 F 2 , together with any cosolvents or wetting agents as may be necessary.
