Compounds of general formula (I) wherein n is 0, 1 or 2; m is 1 or 2 with the proviso that if m is 2, the value of the stone is 1; p is 0, 1 or 2; = Q is = O or = NR 3; X is a covalent bond, -O-, -S-, or -NR 3 -; R1 is Ar1-, Ar1- (C1-C6) alkyl or di (Ar1) -C1-6 alkyl piperidine, of which C1-6 alkyl pipettors are optionally hydroxy (C1-C4) alkyl-oxy; aryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, aryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, aryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl, aryl, heteroaryl, or Het (1-6szénatőmős) alkyl; R 4 is hydrogen, C 1-4 alkyl, (C 1-4) alkyloxy (C 1-4) alkyl, hydroxy (C 1-4) alkyl, carboxyl, (C 1-4) alkyloxy - carbonyl or Ar3; R5 is hydrogen; OH; Ar 3; Ar3- (C1-C6) alkyl-oxy; di (Ar 3) - (C 1-6) alkyl-oxy, Ar 3 - (C 1-6) -alkylthio; di (Ar 3) - (C 1-6) alkylthio; Ar3- (C 1-6 alkyl) alkylphenoxy; di- (Ar 3) - (C 1-6) alkylcarbonyl; Ar 3 C (1-6szénatőmős) alkylsulfonyl; di (Ar 3) - (C 1-6) alkylsulfonyl-1- (C 6 -alkyl) phenyl substituted with a diphenyl substituent of the general formula NR 7 R 8, -NR 7 R 8; or a tube of general formula (a-1) or (a-2); or R 4 and R 5 together form a divalent aromatic moiety of the formula -O-CH 2 -CH 2 -O- or -C (= O) -NR 3 -CH 2 - NR 7; and R6 is selected from the group consisting of Hydrogen, Hydroxyl Powder, (C 1-6) Alkoxy-Peak, C 1-6 Alkyl Powder and Ar 3 (C 1-6) Alkyl Pyrene having Tachykinin Antagonist Activity.
