| abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal reflux disease and to the treatment of a novel monoacid prodrug inhibitor for use in the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal reflux disease and related diseases. A dosage unit dosage unit containing at least two pharmacologically active stamens is present in unit dosage forms and is coated at least with an enteric protective liner of a non-stinging powder inhibitor. According to the present invention, the new dosage dentures are prepared by (a) forming enteric-coated pellets from the powdery mildew inhibitor and mixing them with granules of the press kinetic agent (s), optionally mixed with or excipients in pharmaceutical excipients; or (b) compressing the downy mildew inhibitor with pharmaceutical excipients to form tablets, coating the tablets with an enteric coating, optionally applying a pre-separating layer, and then spray coating or pressing to coat the dye. ŕ |
