titleOfInvention | Barstargen with improved properties |
abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an improved needle-like barstart codon DNA, including a synthetic barstar DNA. The barstar DNA of the present invention has been improved from code-to-pinpoint proteins, which are also part of the invention. The present invention further encompasses plant cells and plants comprising barstar DNAs and / or barstar proteins of the present invention, preferably rapeseed, wool, clover, rice and wheat. Part of the improved barrel DNA of the present invention is an oily barstart code whose N-terminus begins with Met-Xaa dipepdide, wherein Xaa is alanine, valine, glycine, aspartic acid, or glycamic acid. Synthetic barstar DNAs of the present invention are optimized for plants selected from the nylon tail sequences and have a combined ratio of less than 40% of A and T nylon spikes. The barster DNA of the present invention produces a large amount of barstar protein in eukaryotic cells, preferably in plant cells, more preferably in spermatozoa, and more particularly in tapestry cells. Because barstar is a transmucosal plant against barnase DNA according to the present invention for barnase inhibitors, it is suitable for eliminating brown-haired male sterility. ŕ |
