The present invention relates to novel quinoline and quinoline derivatives of general formula (I). In the general formula (I), R 1 is optionally substituted alkoxystyria with one or more fluorometers; R 2 is an alkoxy sweep substituted by one hydrogen atom or one or more fluorine atom (s); R3 is one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fish, or alkoxy, or trifluoromethyl; furthermore, R2 and R3 together may form a -OCH2- moiety, while the methylene moiety is linked in the position of a pendant phenyl ring, R4 is a 4-, 5- or 6-membered furthermore, optionally covalentized with a benzene ring or a 5 or 6 membered heterocyclic ring containing one or two heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, while the entire ring system is optionally substituted in two; X is CH or N; and L is absent, either ring or open chain, and in this formula N is attached to the 2-position of the quinoline or quinazoline ring; A 'and Z' have the meaning given to the grandmother by A and Z; R6 and R7 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl piperidine containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and p is 1, 2 or 3; and when Z 'is CH, p may be 0.
