abstract SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the stereoisomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof, of the compounds of the general formula (I). The compounds are Apex B secretion inhibitors and MTPin inhibitors. Suitable for various ancestral diseases include breast cancer, pancreatic obesity, pathological obesity, high-altitude steroid levels, high blood glucose levels, superficial fat levels in the womb or for the treatment of sores. The compounds of the present invention may also be used in other essential pharmaceutical ingredients such as stone ester synthesis inhibitors and stone estrine disruption inhibitors, in particular HMG-C? , sqylal synthase inhibitors, exchanger resins, antioxidants, and nicotinic acid. The invention also relates to intermediates and processors suitable for the preparation of compounds of general formula (I). ŕ
