titleOfInvention Process for Liquid Chromatography of Hydrogen Acid or Fulvava Silica Gel Phases
abstract The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of liquid chromate-based humic acid or fulvic acid based silica gel phase chromatography. The process according to the invention is characterized by the use of a solid carrier having a surface-modifiable functional group as a starting material and a silylating agent containing a phenylamino group, which is diazylated after coupling with the bound phenylamino group, preferably sodium nitrite and hydrochloric acid. in aqueous media, with 2% aqueous humic acid, or with fulvic acid, preferably by coupling with pH 7.5, chemically bound humic acid or fulvic acid silica gel based phases. The method according to the invention can be used for reliable and economical determination of the sorption data of various organic compounds that model the soil organic matter and for the rapid and accurate execution of any inorganic ion-simplified soil tests.
