titleOfInvention Heat-stable Liquid Acid Anti-Inflammatory and Anti-Inflammatory Preparations and Improved Pasteurization Process for Final Sterilization
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a heat-stable, drip-free, antacid and anti-bloating composition, and to an improved pasteurisation process for final stabilization thereof. The compositions of the present invention contain curative suspending agents which are non-gelatinizing and do not interact with the acid neutralizing metal salts in the compositions upon pasteurization. The heat-stable drip-pelletized acid-neutralizing and / or anti-bloating compositions of the present invention, which can be pasteurized at 60-100 ° C, contain, as a suspending agent, one or more other pharmacologically active substances. and / or an anti-inflation compound. The process according to the invention is characterized by the use of hydroxyethyl cellulose as a heat sink suspending agent, which increases the blowing rate. The advantage of using the compositions according to the invention is that they produce a much smaller amount of clogging than the prior art similar compositions, thus increasing the performance of the pasteurizing device. ŕ
