titleOfInvention | Fusion polypeptides containing IgE binding domain and HSA component and their diagnostic and therapeutic use |
abstract | The present invention relates to fusion peptides. The invention relates to fusion top peptides and salts thereof comprising at least one cold serum albumin (HSA) fused to a single peptide linker, in the case of an IgE binding dome and, in the case of heat, to a thermos, in particular anhydrous dimeric fusion peptides, which are also cool at their amino and carboxy terminus. It contains the ASA protein fused to the extracellular chimera of the α-chain (FceRIa) of the high affinity receptor IgE. The present invention also encompasses the equivalent peptide peptides, which are intermediates for the production of fusion top peptides, suitable shank-expression expression vectors, and methods for the synthesis of fusion peptides. Fusion peptides are useful for the prevention and / or treatment of IgE-mediated allergic diseases and related disorders, such as atopic dermatitis, atopic asthma and chronic urticaria. ŕ |
