abstract | The present invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I), salts, vines and hydrates thereof, wherein W is -COOH or -CONHOH; R is hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl or benzyl; R 1 is hydrogen or, in the case of addition, substituted alkyl, aryl, aralkyl; - - (CH2) m-heterocyclyl or - (CH2) m-cyclic pellet coat, wherein m is 0.1, 2 or 3, and in the case of the heterocyclic tube coat, it is stone-stiffened, containing at least one nitric genome, in the case of a hypodermic tubular ring; or - - (CH 2) n COOH or - (CH 2) mCOORI, wherein n 1, 2 or 3, m is 0.1, 2, or 3, and R 1 is methylated, ethyl, propyl, precipitated, optionally substituted, tear, tertiary, phenyl, benzyl, allyl, styryl, 1-naphthyl or 2-naphthyl; or - - (CH2) mSO2RI, - (CH2) mSO2NH2, - (CH2) mSO2N (CH3) 2, - (CH2) mSO2NHRI, - (CH2) mSO2- (4-furfinyl) - (CH2) mSO2- (1 piperazinyl) or - (CH2) mSO2- (4-methyl-1-piperazinyl) tuber; or - - (CH2) nSO3H tuber; - in the case of an infiltrated acyl tube; or - -C (O) -RII-C (O) RIII, from which -RII-chemical bond, methylene, -CH2 (CH2) mCH2-, vinylene, -CH2CH = CH-, phenylene, -CH2CH = CH-C6H4-, -CH2CH2CH = CH-, -CH2-C = C-, -CH2CH2-C = C-, -CH2CH2CH = CH-C6H4-, -CH2-CC-C6H4-, or -CH2CH2-CC-C6H4- tubular cores and RIII methyl, ethyl, phenyl, hydroxy, methoxy, ethoxy, amine, methylamine, dimethylamine, and superficial paws; or - a -C (O) -hethycyclic ring stem from which the heterocyclic tube coat is added in the case of confluency; or - -C (O) -RII-heterocyclyl or -C (O) -RII-aryl, in which case R 1 is heterocyclic or aryl; or R and R 1 form a melting line, pyridine, piperazine, N-methylpiperazine, scarification time, or phthalimic tube coater with the nitrogen graft; R2, in the case of the addition, is an alkylmedicide; or R 2 -R 11 -H, in which R 11 is optionally substituted; or R 2 -RII-X-RIV, wherein RIV is an optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, phenyl, phenylalkyl or phenylalkenyl ring; R3 is a characteristic tubular barrier of an alpha-amino acid in which any fusible tuber may be protected; R4, in the case of infusion, is a short-lived superconductor; or R4 is an amine, alkylamine, arylamine or heterocyclic amine ring, or R4 is a substituted alkylamine tube; or R 3 and R 4 together form a - (CH 2) m -NH-spacer, in which m 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11 or 12, and which is terminated with an -NR 5 piper in the case where the R 5 hydrogen atom is alkyl. , an alkyloxycarbonyl, aryl, arylalkyl or (arylalkyloxy) carbonyl ring, or a C6H4-O-piping ring or a C-3 carbon atom and a nitrogen ring linker; by binding, i.e., when -NRR1 is an amine, protected amine or acylamine ring, R3 is a tertiary bile, and R4 is an amine or alkyl amine tuber, other than a sponge tip of R2. The compounds of the invention are matrix metalloprenease inhibitors |
