abstract The present invention relates to novel, 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline derivatives of formula (I) having anxiolytic activity. In any case, R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, or C1-C4 alkoxy, or R1 and R2 together form (methylenedioxy) or ethylenedioxy, R3 is hydrogen, C1-4alkoxy, or 1 C 6 -C 6 alkyl, R 13 is hydrogen or trifluoromethyl, R 4 and R 5 are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, nitro, C 1-4 alkoxy or trifluoromethyl, A and B, independently, hydrogen. or a co-compound and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
