abstract In the general formula (D) of the diarylmethylidene-fattyan derivatives (I) according to the invention, the rings A and B are independently: - a phenylpowder, - a naphthyl tube coat, - a coat of 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring containing 1-4 heterocyclic rings, or - 3-7. a cortical saturated hydrocarbon ring; at least one of the X1, X2, Y1 or Y2 substituents is a -S (O) nR general formula, wherein n is an integer having the value 0, 1 or 2, and R is an alkyl radical of 1-6 carbon atoms or a halogenated alkyl radical of 1-6 carbon atoms; or - -SO2NH2 tuber; and this substituent is para-substituted, independently of one another, as hydrogen hydrogen atom, halogen graft, 1-6 carbon atoms, - trifluoro-methyl tube or - O- (C 1 -C 6 alkyl), or X 1 and X 2 or Y 1 and Y2 is methylene-dioxypyrite, and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, - halogen, - C1-6alkyl alkyl, - halogen-halogenated halogen, or - curd, phenyl, naphthyl, thienyl, phenyl or pyridyl; or R1R2 or R3R4, or R1R2 or R3R4 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, to form a saturated hydrocarbon ring of 3-7 carbon atoms. The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above-mentioned active ingredients, in particular antiproliferative and analgesic, antipyretics, anti-degenerative diseases, stroke, epilepsy, and stones. ŕ
