The present invention relates to a compound of the general formula (I) - of which R is hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, - (CH 2) n - (C 3-7) cycloalkyl, wherein n is 0-2, substituted with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, C 6 -alkyl alkylstyrene, C 2 -C 6 alkenylstyrene, - (CH 2) n - (C 3 -C 9 heterocyclic), wherein n is 0-2 or - (Z ') b (Z' ') c (6-10). carbonyl aryl), wherein b and c are independently 0 or 1, Z 'is C 1-6 alkylene or C 2-6 alkenylene, Z' is oxygen, sulfur, SO 2 or NR 9 in general the alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyalkyl, heterocyclic and aryl moieties of R are substituted with 1-3 substituents, which substituents may be independently halogen, hydroxy, C 1-5 alkyl, C 2-5 alkenyl, C 1-5 alkoxy, C 3-6 cycloalkoxy, trifluoromethyl, nitro, CO 2 R 9, C (O) NR 9 R 10, NR 9 R 10 or SO2NR9R10 tubercle of general formula; R1 is hydrogen, C1-C7-alkyl, C2-C3-alkenyl, phenyl, C3-C7-cycloalkyl, or C3-C7-cycloalkyl-piperubstituted, C1-C2-alkyl-piperidine, of which R1-alkyl, phenyl-alkenyl and optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from methyl, ethyl, trifluoromethyl biphenyl or halogen; R 2 is a lime compound of the general formula (Ia), (Ib), (Ic) or (Id) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
