titleOfInvention | Methods for producing stable transformed fertile wheat using Agrobacterium-mediated transformation |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the incorporation of foreign DNA into monocotyledonous plants, in particular wheat, and to transgenic spleen plants produced by the methods of the invention. The methods of the present invention are suitable for the genetic transfer of wheat genetics, for the selection of stable genetic transfer enzymes, and for the production of product plants from a suspension of transformed cells. In another aspect, the invention relates to stable transfected and fertile wheat plants, gametes and millennials, and processes for their preparation. ŕ |
