abstract The present invention relates to (1R) - or (1S) -2-azabicyclo [2.2.1] heptane derivatives of general formula (I) or (I '), wherein R is hydrogen or (II) or (II'). in which R 1 is a C 1-4 alkylthioalkyl radical, and, in the case of Ar, one or more of the ancestral or different alkylene, selected from the group consisting of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, 1-4 carbon atoms or nitro; and -naphthyl tube cores - and preparations. The compounds of the present invention are converted into a compound of general formula (III) and (III ') by cyclohexylamine amide fatty maldehyde and cyclic pentadiene of the general formula (IV) or (IV'), which are oxidized with anhydrous bis-hydrolyzate in the x-position. (I) or (I ') is a compound of the general formula which is separated from each other by a stereoisomeric selective crystallization with an optically active organic acid. The novel compounds of formula (I) are useful as agents for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, exacerbation of high blood pressure and myocardial ischemia. ŕ
