abstract |
Trombin surgeries that have the following sequence differences from natural trombin: a) replacement of a Gly with Ala, in which Gly is located in the Tyr-Gly-Phe sequence environment and occupies position 558 in the natural hymen prothrombin; b) replacement or deletion of at least one of the following residues: b1) His, which is located in the Ala-His-Cys sequence environment and occupies position 363 in the natural hymen trombin; b2) Asp, which is located in the Arg-Asp-Ile sequence environment and at position 419 in the naturally occurring trombin (SEQ ID NO: 14); b3) Ser, which is located in the Asp-Ser-Gly sequence environment and occupies position 525 in a natural hymen prothrombin; use of these as antidotes. ŕ |
