titleOfInvention | Fixed enzymes, a process for their preparation, and the use of fixed enzymes in the processing of triglyceride oils |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a process for graphing enzymes, the process of the present invention is carried out, i. E. (c) water is dispersed from the dispersed phase to obtain solid particles that receive enzyme. The present invention also relates to solid particles comprising a heat-refractory heat-sealed amphiphilic enzyme which contains a heat-lubricating material in the aqueous phase. The invention further provides methods for using the above fixed amphiphilic enzyme; among these processors are catalytic operations with amphiphilic enzymes, such as transesterification of monoclonal, di- or triglycerides, enzymatic acidification of atriglyceride oils, catalytic process of catalytic cleavage as the removal of triglyceride oils from the main lipids. ŕ |
