FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an oral, topical, orodispersible pharmaceutical composition comprising a) a therapeutically effective amount of a piperidine alkane compound of general formula (IIIa) or its single-epitomic muscle, wherein X is an integer of from about 0 to 5; it also contains a sacrificial system, which contains about 98.5% by weight of propylene glycol and about 1.5% by weight glacial acetic acid, based on the total weight of the sacrificial system.
