abstract The present invention relates to the novel 4-amino-5-hydroxy-2,6,6-trimethyl-2-cycloheptene derivatives of general formula (I), and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and vineyards, wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, or fatty-phenyl; , which may be sacrificed with a gene gene or with a hydroxy, a lower alkoxy, an amine, a nitro, a carboxy or a (lower) alkyloxycarbonyl or a R1, R2, and a thermoplastic strain gonads with a saturated nitrogen-containing heterocycle; R3 is hydrogen or lower alkyl or lower aliphatic acyl; and W stands for anxicol, oxymethyl or oxime ether tube cores. These compounds can be used in peripheral arterial obstruction and sputum in hypertensive rats for the treatment of hypertensive bronchial bronchoconstriction, for example in the treatment of hypertension, peripheral arterial obstruction or bronchial asthma. ŕ
